The team is responsible for end-to-end implementation, configuration, and ongoing system support to enable scalable, compliant, and efficient HR processes.
About the role - you will:
- Lead or project manage end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors initiatives, including requirements gathering, configuration, data migration, UAT, and deployment, depending on project scope
- Partner closely with HR Business stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into system and technical solutions
- Manage and guide team members to support project delivery and ongoing operations
