Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end HS Code classification workflow for new and existing products, ensuring requests are reviewed, validated, completed and communicated within agreed SLA without compromising classification quality.

• Classification Master Data Ownership: Maintain and improve the centralized HS Code master database, ensuring classification decisions, rationale, supporting references, country-specific differences and update history are properly recorded.
• Customs Feedback Loop: Work with country import teams, brokers and relevant counterparts to review customs queries, disputes and audit feedback, then convert recurring issues into updated classification logic, guidance notes and preventive controls.
