**Job Responsibilities:**

Manages the operations of the Formulations Department ensuring that all deliverables are met in support of toxicology studies.

+ Liaise with Study Directors, Toxicologists and other support groups to determine requirements from the Formulations Department for the support of each toxicology study.
+ Plan and schedule the activities of the Department to meet the applicable timelines.
+ Manage the operations of the Department, ensuring that all departmental practices are performed in accordance with Covance SOP’s, P&P’s and government regulations.
+ Provide direct supervision of technical and supervisory staff.
+ Responsible for performance evaluations, staffing decisions and other personnel activities for the Department.
