Education and Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or BTech in Information Technology or related field. Microsoft Operations Framework (MOF) certified. Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certified. Minimum of 8 years’ experience in the ICT environment. At least 5 years’ experience in a Senior IT Management or leadership role.
