Job Purpose

• Assist NBF users with their computer desktop systems and ensure proper functioning of computer systems.
• Set up computers and install software for various applications.
• Identify and resolve problems affecting computer operating systems.
• Manage end‑user computing security.
• Discuss staff problems and help find solutions.
• Train staff on using computer hardware and software systems.
• Order necessary computer systems, liaising with Administration after assessing needs.
• Maintain peripheral devices such as printers and resolve printing issues.
• Maintain IT hardware asset inventory.

Experience & Skills

• 5+ years in desktop configuration and support.
• 2-3 years of team management experience.
• Strong knowledge of desktop configuration and support.
• Good command of English.
