Summary

The Manager, Intercompany Accounting is the domain owner for Dovers global intercompany accounting processes within the Record to Report team. This role is accountable for the integrity, quality, compliance, performance, and continuous improvement of intercompany accounting and reporting.

The Manager leads a team of accounting professionals to deliver accurate, complete, and supportable financial results, while building a strong control environment and driving measurable improvements in process performance. This role partners closely with Corporate Accounting and Operating Companies to standardize processes, resolve systemic issues, and strengthen financial integrity across the organization.

This role is expected to operate as a true process owner, not a transactional backstop, and is accountable for both short-term delivery and long-term capability and process maturity.
