Job Title: Manager, Interface

Working Location: KL Office, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Key Responsibilities

• 1. Key Objectives: Accountable for end-to-end management of all cross-functional package interfaces, ensuring alignment and seamless coordination across FPSO Engineering, FPSO conversion, FTL/MWA installation, T&I activities, and existing subsea infrastructure. This role is critical to preventing schedule delays, scope gaps, operational readiness issues, and contractor claims.
• 2. Principal Accountabilities:
  • Interface Management: Own, manage, and lead all execution phase interfaces across all cross-packages ensuring alignment across engineering, fabrication, and offshore execution phases.
  • Interface Risk and Schedule: Identify and manage interface-driven risks across FPSO/FTL/MWA, T&I, and subsea/DTU systems impacting cost and schedule, including ownership and mitigation of resolution to protect project milestones.
