Leadership
Lead, develop, coach and mentor a high-performing team to deliver and exceed expectations while coaching employees to realize their professional development goals.
Develop effective working relationships with all department and branch management leadership to foster transparency and cooperation.
Accountable for team compliance and alignment with the Institute of Internal Auditors’ Global Internal Audit Standards.
Develop and maintain a training program for new Internal Auditors; provide training to the Internal Audit team in specific control environments and operational areas, as required.
Promote a culture of ethics, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organization.
Coordinate annual audits with the external auditors and for all outsourced internal audit services.
