Role Overview

As the founding Engineering Manager for a Global Market Place company's new Dublin office, you will play a pivotal role in building and leading a team of talented full stack engineers focused on dealer-facing products and features for our internal markets. You will partner closely with a Product Manager to establish the team's vision, culture, and roadmap from the ground up.

In this role, you will embody our Leadership Capabilities by maintaining relentless focus on custumer outcomes, fostering open communication and cross-team collaboration, and embracing an iterative approach to both product development and team management. Your team will own a discrete area of the product, delivering greenfield projects as well as adapting existing dealer products for our Canadian and UK markets.
