Position Overview

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and deliver investor reporting packs monthly, quarterly and annually across SPVs and investment structures
  • Manage reporting to private equity co‑investors, joint venture partners and lenders
  • Perform equity return calculations including IRR, MOIC and distribution waterfalls
  • Support drawdowns, distributions and capital account tracking
  • Prepare lender reporting including covenant calculations and compliance certificates
  • Assist with capital markets reporting obligations including sukuk disclosure requirements
  • Ensure alignment between investor reporting, management accounts and audited financials
  • Support financial statement preparation under IFRS including real estate revenue recognition
  • Maintain reporting calendars and ensure all contractual deliverables are met on time
