Position Overview
Manage end-to-end IT infrastructure (compute, storage, network, virtualization, OS platforms).
Plan and execute infrastructure deployment, upgrades, patching, and configuration changes under change management governance.
Ensure proactive monitoring, alerting, and capacity planning to prevent incidents and outages.
Implement security best practices including hardening, vulnerability remediation, and compliance adherence.
Oversee backup, disaster recovery planning, and regular testing of recovery procedures.
Manage infrastructure lifecycle (provisioning, optimization, scaling, decommissioning).
Collaborate with vendors, auditors, and regulators for compliance and service delivery.
Ensure documentation (SOPs, architecture, configurations) is accurate and up-to-date.
