About the Role
The XL team manages Glovo Spain's most strategically important accounts - the major national restaurant chains that make up the backbone of the food vertical. As Team Lead, you are the person who makes the team operate at the level it needs to.
You lead a team of Account Managers, set the commercial standard, and step in personally on the conversations and situations that require a more senior hand. You are also the layer that absorbs operational complexity before it reaches your manager - diagnosing problems, fixing what needs fixing, and building the structures that prevent the same issues from coming back. And you do all of this while keeping a high-intensity team performing at its best without running itself into the ground.
