Role Overview
The Learning & Development Manager is responsible for designing, establishing, and managing a training center that supports organizational capability building. This role focuses on creating learning strategies, developing training infrastructure, and implementing programs that enhance employee skills, performance, and career growth.
Key Responsibilities
Training Center Setup & Strategy Develop and execute a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with business goals Lead the end-to-end setup of the training center (facilities, systems, processes, governance) Define learning frameworks, competency models, and career development pathways Establish policies, SOPs, and quality standards for training delivery
