Position Overview

What you will do:

The Manager, Lease Administration performs a variety of analytical duties necessary to control occupancy costs, ensure lease compliance, resolve contentious landlord/tenant issues and support Business Unit and Functional Area initiatives while developing and maintaining strong internal and external business relationships.

This is a hybrid position (3 days in the office per week). Office location is 1303 Yonge Street, Toronto.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, coach and support the Lease Administrators in their day-to-day functions.

  • In-depth review of Lease Administrators’ analysis of all landlord invoices for accuracy and lease compliance. Ensure all opportunities to reduce occupancy costs are identified and followed up and any contentious issues are resolved to the benefit of the Company. Review entry of undisputed invoices into PeopleSoft for processing to ensure due dates are met.
