Key Responsibilities (Job Scope) - Formulate and execute the master leasing strategy to curate a vibrant, high-energy mix of waterfront F&B and lifestyle concepts.
- Source, pitch, negotiate and finalize lease agreements with local and international culinary brands and operators.
- Act as the pioneer partner for tenants, guiding them through the entire journey from initial expression of interest to operational launch.
- Design and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), tenant handbooks and fit-out guidelines from scratch.
- Collaborate with Project, Design and Engineering teams to manage technical handovers seamlessly.
- Maintain proactive, consultative partnerships with tenants to align operational success with the overall asset vision.
