We are looking for a Corporate Legal expert with years of experience in contract management (drafting,
reviewing, and vetting), compliance management and corporate policies and procedures.
Job Description:
Independently drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts for various business lines including SAAS (sales), vendor, lending, technology, bank, payment networks and partnerships Drafting of various compliance codes, policies and procedures and facilitate escalation and appropriate resolution of compliance issues Advise/train employees on relevant compliance codes, policies and procedures Understanding and advising stakeholders on day-to-day legal and compliance matters, recommendations, and report on legal risks Apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advice on possible legal issues.
