**Purpose**

Contributes to the overall success of the Scotia Insurance Agency’s Life & Health Business distributed across Third-Party Telemarketing Service Providers, ensuring specific individual goals, plans, and initiatives are executed and delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.

+ Accountable for driving Scotia Insurance Agency sales mainly distributed by Third-Party Telemarketing Service Providers and contributing to Insurance Canada growth targets.
