Position Overview
Job Summary: The Manager – Managed Services is responsible for leading the end-to-end managed services lifecycle, including solution review with pre-sales, proposal validation, service onboarding, operational governance, and customer relationship management. The role ensures a seamless transition from pre-sales solutioning to service delivery and post sales support while maintaining high service quality, SLA compliance, customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Review and validate technical solution designs in collaboration with the Pre-Sales team for managed services opportunities. Engage customers to understand business and technical requirements and align service deliverables accordingly. Responsible for managing and resolving complaints, including on-site visits to client premises Manage the customers service delivery and regular updates to customer.
