RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate product transfer activities with other business units or organizations.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of lean and manufacturing programs to eliminate production line bottlenecks and inefficiencies. Line balancing, setup reduction, higher yield, and space optimization.
Work closely with Safety and Health departments to assure the production area, tooling, and fixtures are designed ergonomically and safely.
