Position Overview

            Process Development and Optimization  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes. 
Identify areas for improvement, cost reduction, and quality enhancement. 
Implement best practices and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. 
 Team Leadership and Management  Lead a team of manufacturing engineers, technicians, and other staff. 
Assign tasks, set performance goals, and provide mentorship. 
Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment. 
 Product Innovation and New Product Introduction (NPI)  Work closely product design teams to introduce new products. 
Evaluate feasibility, scalability, and manufacturability of new designs. 
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the product lifecycle.
