Overview This position will lead and manage the Advertising and Promotions (A&P) team to formulate and implement A&P strategy for the assigned portfolio.

- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of major integrated campaigns, festive activations, loyalty initiatives and tactical promotions.
- Develop compelling campaign concepts, creative briefs and customer experiences aligned with VivoCity’s brand positioning and commercial objectives.
- Lead, coach and develop a team of marketing executives, providing clear direction, timely feedback and quality control.
- Establish project plans, timelines, risk registers and governance checkpoints, ensuring proactive escalation of issues and adequate contingency planning.
