About the Team: The music business development team drives negotiations and fosters relationships with record labels, music publishers and music societies. We are tasked with creating and implementing the TikTok music strategy. The team helps drive growth and awareness of TikTok and the music and artists that thrive therein. The Manager, Music Publishing Licensing and Partnerships (Korea and Japan) will facilitate the development and licensing of new music-related products and features across TikTok's suite of apps. Responsibilities:
- Negotiate music content licenses with music labels, music publishers and PROs/CMOs in Japan and Korea (and APAC region where necessary).
