Develop and oversee the implementation of non-trade procurement policies/procedures and plans
Manage the supplier tender process, purchasing activities and reporting
Lead and support corporate projects i.e. office renovation and leasing review
Job Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain HK Non-Trade Procurement (NTP) related strategy, policy and procedures. Drive awareness/compliance to adhere to such policies and procedures, through close collaboration and educating the internal customers and external vendors
Centralize and implement NTP process for each spend category
Initiate and implement cost savings projects, drive process improvements together with pricing rationalization with vendors to match with cost savings initiatives
