What You Will Be Working On - Coordinate and execute engagement initiatives for NS Alumni groups in assigned Divisions/Formations as the primary point-of-contact.
- Scale and sustain the engagement model within assigned Divisions/Formations to ensure consistent and effective outreach.
- Manage relationships with NS Alumni and supporting entities (e.g., other departmental branches) to implement proposals and resolve queries and issues.
- Structure and sustain a feedback loop to track the effectiveness and publicity of initiatives, and identify areas for improvement.
- Support sub-units in executing administrative processes related to NS Alumni engagement, including finance and logistics matters.
