EPAM are looking for an experienced Change Management Business Consultant to join our Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consulting Practice. This is a hybrid role but some travel to customers sites as needed should be expected.
Due to growing demand for our OCM Service offering we are seeking experienced Change Management Consultants to join our wider Business Consulting, Strategy & Advisory functions, working in collaboration with industry leading delivery teams to lead, develop & deliver Change Management engagements end to end, growing your portfolio whilst playing a key role in developing our UK/EMEA capability ensuring its aligned to our global OCM Competency.
