Position Overview
Take the lead in change management at DUCA as the Manager of Change Acceleration. This role focuses on improving organizational strategies through effective communication and stakeholder collaboration.
Reporting directly to the VP of Change Acceleration & Learning, you will enhance the execution of strategic initiatives within the People & Culture portfolio. Your core responsibilities will involve analyzing communication tactics, managing progress reports on projects, and creating essential documentation to facilitate successful change. By working closely with internal teams, you'll ensure that all aspects of change initiatives align with organizational goals.
