GENERAL DUTIES
Transports hospital patients by studying patient service schedules and planning movement schedules.Ensures accurate and timely dispatch of transport requests to ensure effective patient care. Ensures all vehicles are safe, clean and legally compliant.Coordinates schedules for drivers and patients needing transportation.Meets hospital patient transport financial objectives by estimating requirements and contributing to the development of annual budget.Orders transports oxygen tanks to have a supply on hand for the transporters to use for patients.
