The Manager of Strategy & Special Projects is a newly created, high‑impact role within the Strategy Pillar of the CEO’s Office. The primary objective of this position is to provide the critical project management, market research, and product ideation support necessary to drive the organization’s new growth initiatives. Reporting directly to the Director of Strategy & Executive Operations, this role serves as the execution engine for core strategic plans and group‑level projects. The successful candidate will translate long‑term strategic visions into structured project plans, track institutional performance metrics, and work cross‑functionally to ensure strategic goals are delivered on time and within scope, without getting bogged down in daily administrative office mechanics.
