As a Manager of Sustaining Test Engineering, you are expected to manage the Sustaining group in Ipoh, providing technical guidance and directions to the team.
You will provide priorities and guide the project commitments of the team.
You will drive the HW, Product and System Qualification Buy-off to be deployed for Mass Production.
Will take project initiatives on Test improvements, Test Program releases and test program revision updates.
Make recommendations for process improvements in production.
Ensuring OSAT Testing for Final Test and Circuit/Wafer Probing does not have significant issues that will result in lines-down.
You will drive Continuous improvement initiatives.
