Position Overview

  • Assist in all transportation needs not excluding any private VIP transfers or needs from other departments or locations
  • Oversee daily transportation and scheduling of drivers and vehicles.
  • Maintain all registration, maintenance, cleaning and execution of all bookings created as requested.
  • Ensuring that items needed for RED are cleared, sourced and/or delivered to their respective locations.
  • Day‑to‑day management of ground based group and transient transportation
  • Assistance with purchasing, logistics and licensing of vehicles
  • Hiring, training and compliance of drivers
  • Management of any sub‑vendor relationship
  • Coordination of group and transient guest movements including airport meet and greets and hotel arrivals and departures
  • Driving vehicles as necessary
  • Execute island tours and site visits as assigned
