**This role will manage the continuity and improvement of all Dollar Tree Store Operational processes, including managing store service programs, processes and being the subject matter expert on projects. This role is responsible for creating, updating, and managing operational procedures and new initiatives. Oversight and continuous improvement of day-to-day operations through the development of Operations Specialist(s).**
