Are you an experienced operations leader ready to take ownership of industrial sites and drive performance, safety, and team development? The Manager Operations Laminoria & Arija plays a key role within the cluster, ensuring that production, maintenance, and operational activities run efficiently, safely, and in line with business objectives.

In this role, you will lead a team of around 10 people across production and maintenance, within a cluster of approximately 60 employees. You will operate in a cooperative and open environment that values teamwork, respect, and accountability for performance and P&L. Reporting to the Operations Director, you will be responsible for delivering strong operational results, meeting budget and KPIs, and ensuring the continuity and development of mining and processing activities across Laminoria and Arija.
