Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the organisation's Organisational Development (OD) strategy aligned to business objectives.

• Contribute to the development and execution of the overall Human Resources strategy.

• Design and implement talent management, succession planning, and staff retention initiatives.

• Lead workforce planning processes to ensure the organisation has the right skills and capacity to meet current and future business needs.

• Develop and maintain career progression frameworks, policies, and competency-based development processes.

• Manage and enhance performance management systems and programmes to improve individual and organisational performance.

• Lead organisational change management, transformation, leadership development, and team effectiveness interventions.
