The Manager, People Acquisition position supports our People Acquisition team as part of the People Office (HR) Team within Ankura Business Services, our internal firm services function. This position will focus on sourcing & recruitment for assigned practices within Ankura.
People Acquisition Manager Contributions
+ Own the full recruitment life cycle, from initial outreach to closing stages
+ Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and lead the end to end talent acquisition process for your area
+ Be accountable to deliver 100% of the talent plan by prioritizing work appropriately, asking for and allocating resources as required, and removing roadblocks as they appear
+ Manage recruitment processes in line with agreed priorities, ensuring excellent candidate experience and fast turn-around times
