Play a key role in advancing Etihad Airways' Performance Marketing capabilities by driving the strategy, delivery, and optimization of marketing technology, data, and digital acquisition solutions. Enable measurable growth through customer acquisition, conversion optimization, campaign automation, and performance analytics.
Accountabilities - Define and manage the Performance Marketing technology roadmap in partnership with Product Owners and Delivery Leads.
- Translate business objectives into product requirements, user stories, and scalable technology solutions.
- Drive market research, competitor benchmarking, and performance insights to identify growth opportunities.
