What is the opportunity?The Manager, Personal Banking Financial Control role is a pivotal strategic and enablement function that serves as the Bank’s ‘second line of defense’. As a key member of the Personal Banking Financial Control team, the manager will provide support for proper accounting advisory for new products and initiatives, implement effective processes, and ensure accuracy and completeness of financial information captured in RBC’s results. The role has a primary focus on the Personal Lending line of business.What will you do?

Accounting Advisory – support assessing the accounting implications of new initiatives to enable business partners to make the best decisions. Support the implementation of new accounting policies in consultation with the Accounting Policy Group.
