About the Role:
The Manager, Plumbing Compliance ensures plumbing laws are followed by making sure compliance certificates and records are accurate and properly recorded in BPC systems (VBA360).
The role leads a team to carry out key compliance activities, including auditing plumbing work, monitoring certificates, supporting plumbers with their certification obligations, ensuring gas safety, and maintaining accurate data. The role will continue to adapt as new compliance needs arise.

* Oversee audits, gas safety assurance, compliance certificate monitoring and data integrity, using insights to drive compliance actions.
* Ensure effective program delivery, including planning, reporting, system oversight, and identifying improvement opportunities.
* Provide expert advice, manage stakeholder engagement and support leadership in addressing risks and evolving compliance needs.
