JOB PURPOSE:

• Provide leadership and oversight for the organization's project management function.
• Establish and maintain effective project management processes, methodologies, and standards.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while aligning with the organization's strategic pillars.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, open communication, challenge the status quo and continuous improvement within the PMO team.
• Play an important role in the overall success of the organization’s projects.
• Provide overview of all deliverables in Rollout and Operation
