Te tūranga – The role and your impact

The Manager of the Portfolio Management team plays a key role in managing the Reserve Bank – Te Pūtea Matua balance sheet and supporting the effective operation of its participation in financial markets. You will work closely with, and be supported by, senior leadership and your managerial cohort within the Financial Markets directorate.

Alongside providing deep financial markets expertise, you will lead and develop the team, set clear strategic direction, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
