Position Summary
The Manager, Pricing Strategy & Analytics owns the full pricing function for our commercial business β from daily execution to long-term strategy. In the near term, this person will be hands-on: setting and updating commercial, delivered, and retail prices daily, managing approval workflows, and ensuring pricing accuracy across all customer-facing outputs. At the same time, they bring strategic thinking and analytical rigor to the role β building scalable frameworks, designing efficient processes, and positioning the function for growth. As the organization scales, this manager will be well-positioned to scale the function appropriately. The ideal candidate is energized by both the discipline of daily market pricing and the challenge of building something better.
