Manager, Product Management – Mobile Services

Designated office: Eastlink, 6080 Young Street, Halifax, NS.

Reports to the Director, Product Management & Strategic Projects.

This role leads the product strategy and long‑term vision for our mobility services portfolio. The position oversees the entire product lifecycle, emphasizing business outcomes, customer lifecycle optimization, and cross‑functional leadership rather than technical product development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Product Managers in managing Mobile Services (mobile devices, rate plans, travel options, etc.) and promotional roadmaps.
• Develop pricing and packaging strategies grounded in competitive intelligence, financial analysis, and profitability metrics.
