Prepare weekly and monthly production plans based on demand forecasts, sales orders, and demand targets.Convert rolling plans into workable daily/weekly production line scheduling.Align planning with machine capacity, manpower availability, and changeover time.Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, Warehouse to ensure schedule adherence.2. Material Requirement Planning (MRP)
Run MRP to calculate raw material (RM), packaging material (PM),Release PRs/indent requests to procurement based on lead times and stock levels.Track supplier deliveries and escalate delays or shortages.3. Inventory Management
