Position Overview

            Responsibilities Lead and manage all phases of facade projects from inception to completion ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery 
Develop and implement detailed project plans including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation for facade systems 
Oversee the design, procurement, fabrication, and installation of facade elements ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards 
Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to resolve design and construction challenges related to the facade 
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering (Civil/Structural), Construction Management, or a related field 
Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience specifically in facade engineering and project management 
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex facade projects within budget and schedule constraints
