The Manager, Project Management Office (PMO) is responsible for developing the PMO into a best-in-class project organization that achieves project outcomes, and key performance indicators (KPIs), provides exceptional customer service and account management, and fosters a team culture of inclusion, professional development, and continuous improvement.
Using project management practices and principles, and working in collaboration with leaders, clients and key collaborators, this role scopes, monitors, and ensures quality execution of projects in the PMO portfolio by providing oversight and effective deployment of the project manager team.
