Description

:The Manager, Project Management Services will plan, develop, and deliver an upgrade project management programs to facilitate the upgrade and transition of our clients to the latest software, technology, and product enhancements. The Manager will partner with internal teams to identify and create the best tools and processes to manage the upgrade project experience and to ensure adherence to approved and contractual project plans.

Work closely with project teams to determine critical milestones for delivery within the project management framework.

Create upgrade project schedule and monitor progress of all related project teams.

Identify and assess challenges and project risks to determine resolution strategies and ensure corrective actions are taken to maintain objectives and delivery schedules.
