Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional projects related to payment operations and platform implementations.
• Coordinate daily operations including help‑desk escalations, system health checks and SLA resolution.
• Oversee stakeholder engagement, internal vendor coordination and onboarding of new participant banking institutions.
• Deliver MIS reports, dashboards and operational analytics for senior management.

Qualifications

• 3‑7 years of tech/operations experience.
• Strong communication, analytical and project management skills.
• UAE/regional background and Arabic language skills a plus.
