What will you do?
Below are some of the primary responsibilities you will be taking on in this role:
Manage, train and develop a team of Property Accountants to ensure delivery of good customer service is provided to internal and external clients;Initiate, manage and implement process improvements;Manage the full cycle of accounting duties of revenue generating properties within the portfolio;Review monthly, quarterly and yearly processing and reporting of property financials including account reconciliations and recovery analysis, Job Cost and Fixed Assets, bank reconciliations and integrity reports;Timely consolidated reporting of NOI variances;Ensure the property budget responsibilities for accounting are on time and accurately executed; co-ordinate with the sites and other departments as necessary;Review and analyze third party managed reporting on owned assets and ensure deliverable timelines ...
