**Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Manager for our Protection and Control Engineering team with responsibility for system event analysis and PRC-004 compliance. This role involves overseeing engineers responsible for analyzing protection system operations, performing system disturbance analysis, and developing required reports, and corrective actions in accordance with NERC PRC-004. The Manager will work closely with operations, maintenance, engineering and compliance teams to identify root causes, implement corrective and preventive actions, and ensure continuous improvement of protection system performance. A degree in Electrical Engineering is required, along with substantial experience in protection system analysis. The role requires strong leadership and team management skills.
