A health insurance company is seeking a Manager, Provider Contracting Operations to lead a team of four professionals responsible for provider contracting support, single case agreement (SCA) operations, ticket management, and provider issue resolution. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a strong balance of people management, operational excellence, contracting expertise, and process improvement.
