This role ensures all precast concrete products meet required quality standards, project specifications, and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the QA/QC Department to support precast manufacturing.
• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001.
• Oversee material inspections, concrete testing, and product quality checks.
• Oversee precast panel inspection at required stages (post‑pour & pre‑delivery).
• Identify repeated defects, determine root causes, and implement solutions.
• Ensure all quality‑related matters of our precast panels delivered at construction sites are in order and act as the connecting point between Gamuda IBS factory and respective clients.
• Ensure all employees, including subcontractors and suppliers, comply with the company’s QA/QC procedures.
